It's A Woman's Bag Return Policy

We stand behind our products 100% and offer you the option of exchanging items that do not meet your needs.

 If your not happy with your purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange as long as the merchandise is pristine, the same as when we shipped it.

The products must be in absolutely new and in resalable condition.

You must also include any packing slips or invoices that may come in your package.

 Please Keep All Your Paper Work

No worn or used purses will be accepted.

 All items must be in brand new condition with all hang tags attached and unmarked, with the original box and packaging.

Purse Exchanges Accepted Within 30 Days of Purchase Date.

All exchanges must be accompanied by the original packing slip and or invoice. Item requested for exchange must be equal to or greater than the cost of the returned item. (example: Returned item value: $50.00- exchange for item $50.00 or more)

No worn or used purses will be accepted for return except returns for manufacturer defects.

An exchange will be issued once the product has been shipped back to It's A Womans Bag, inspected and deemed returnable.

All the purses we sell are carefully inspected for manufacturers defects before they are shipped to you. Shipping charges will not be refunded. It's A Womans Bag will pay for the shipping of new product selection after receiving and accepting returned products

No refunds will be issued except where required by law.

Email customter service stating why you are returning the item at: handbags@ptd.net or use our Contact page to send email.Please place "RETURN" in the subject line.

You will be issued a RMA number to include with your return package. It is strongly recommended to use a trackable mailing service as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
